Announcement: classic.jisho.org is no more

I "soft" shut down classic.jisho.org over two years ago by posting a large announcement at the top of the page asking users to migrate to this site.

Today I finalized that shutdown by permanently redirecting classic.jisho.org to jisho.org.

Any links to classic.jisho.org should redirect to the corresponding search parameters on this site and continue working.

This goes for iphone.jisho.org, k.jisho.org and m.jisho.org as well.

Got the redirect and prayed it wasn't the case, but thanks for the confirmation I guess.

RIP the best kanji lookup interface ever to grace the internet. (._. )

The old interface had the advantage that the important info was arranged left to right, you could copy and paste into your notes in one coherent line of text, now you have to individually copy and paste the kanji spelling, the reading, the definition, or you get a big mess

Sentences could be easier to read (multicolored text delineating Japanese from English from kana).
