No one forgot. It's an auto-generated entry from a Wikipedia article. Such entries, which don't have corresponding JMdict entries, don't have furigana because the furigana on other entries comes from JMdict.

Maybe the owner of the site will change how things work some day, but that's how it works now.

If you want to know the reading for one of these Japanese Wikipedia entry titles, they usually have hiragana in brackets in the article (they don't seem to use furigana)
