The radical search should really be called Search by Parts. The parts are a rough visual aid to help find the right kanji. In this case ネ is close enough to the right part in 杯. The reason why 礼 is listed under Parts is because of arcane technical reasons. I will fix that discrepancy in the next version of Jisho.

Radical search for ネ brings up 杯
Doing a radical search for ネ brings up 杯. This seems like an error. One of the "parts" for 杯 is 礼, but I don't think it should have that "part", unless there's something I'm missing.
